Too good to resist

2 slices 12-grain bonjour bread lightly buttered, 2 slices picnic ham, 1 slice cheese, half a tomato sliced thickly, 1 fistful shredded lettuce, half a cup tomato juice, and I eat my lunch at breakfast time.

  2. There were two slices of ham!

    I love red meat myself and I would eat it more often if I could either a) bring myself to spend money on a good steak, or b) find someone to cook for me real hamburgers over the grill. Alternately c) works too -- find somebody to pay for good steak. Or worse comes to worst, d) Stem craving for red meat with a Mushroom Swiss Double at Burger King.

    as for your options, you could modify (b) a little and make your own healthy patties... go get lean beef mince... recipes abound... check some of these out... ;-)
