My schedule so far

Sat- Run 21km
Sun - Swim 10 laps
Mon - Play!
Tue - Run 7.7km
Wed - Swim 8 laps
Thur - Run 9km
Fri - Swim 11 laps

Run swim run swim until very xian (bored) already.

    change ur training schedule, u will find it more interesting. Or join us for a run or swim, you will find the difference.
