i think it depends on one's ability at mimicry... i can't for the life of me impersonate someone else to any believable degree... so no... i simply read it with my mind's voice... a deep baritone with a scottish accent like Sean Connery's... unlike my real speaking voice...

I have very few blog friends who I really know - so for those few, it's absolutely read in their voice. But the others? I've created a voice for them - and each one is different based on what I think they'd sound like. I'm not sure how disappointed I'd be to find out just how wrong I most likely am. :)
