Today, while I was taking a walk down my block, I saw our friendly neighbourhood rooster strut across the road at the zebra crossing. The cars on both sides of the street stopped to let him cross. It was hilarious! I wished I had caught it on video.

Ahh, Mis_Nomer, I am glad for you that you have a rooster in your neighborhood. He is a very good looking rooster. I have roosters and I think they are the most gorgeous animals.
Happy New Year!!!
And (late) Merry Christmas!

I like eating chicken and I used to think one couldn't - not shouldn't, mind - eat rooster meat. How queer is that?
But what am I saying?! I sound like one of those evil-without-knowing-their-evil natives from some Polynesian island.... The rooster is a darling... no, doesn't sound right. It looks like a folk art rooster - as in perfect. Yeah...
He is a good looking rooster ain't he? I think so too!
He has vocal chords like a opera singer..
