could be. i'm undergoing laser hair removal treatment and the girl who does this for me says that i have more hair on my right arm. i don't know why I am revealing this here. ha!ha! ~milktea
by logic, this could be true... the dominant arm does more work, movement etc... hence, more friction for the underarm... and more hair is lost.... thus, more hair is encouraged to grow to replace the lost hair... just like shaving... therefore, bushier and thicker than the other arm... QED.
