Otterman has posted information on the melamine contamination in pet food. The full list of recalled pet food is on the US FDA site. It is an extensive list, so do check it out if you own a pet. In Singapore, the AVA has released a press statement that none of those affected has been imported to Singapore. Thanks for clarifying Otterman!

Firefox has a pretty sweet video downloader add-on. It helps you download videos from sites like youtube and Google video. It downloads it in .flv format which you can play in VLC or a FLV player.

Note that the AVA press release is for March, the earlier case with Menu Foods.
Nothing on the April case so far.
And there might be more cases until the extent of melamine fraud (suspected but unproven so far) is known.
