the church can never be perfection... it's run by fallen human beings who have the same failings as the rest of society... sometimes, the politics within the church is more vehement and the factions more entrenched than anything seen in corporate life... so, i support your decision 100%... just pray very hard what your next step should be... because there should be a next step...
